The Saudi Green Building Forum to Host Virtual vent with UN on Sustainable Development

As part of the ongoing fight against the ongoing coronavirus illness (COVID-19) pandemic, the Saudi Green Building Forum will conduct a virtual event with the UN’s High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development, which will take place from July 6 to 15.

The event, which aims to promote a “sustained and resilient recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic that promotes the economic, social, and environmental dimensions of sustainable development,” will bring together a group of experts on July 12 to find a comprehensive and effective way to implement the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The first session will focus on environmentally responsible production and consumption in the context of climate action and goal collaborations. The second session will focus on ensuring the health, safety, and the environment while reducing inequality in the context of peace, justice, and institutions, while the third session will focus on long-term rehabilitation and post-COVID-19 issues.

The Saudi Green Building Forum is a non-profit organization dedicated to achieving Saudi Arabia’s and the Arab world’s sustainable development goals.
