Pro military marches in Myanmar attack pro-democracy protestors

On 25th February, supporters of the Myanmar military took out a march and clashed violently with the pro-democracy protests, beating them with Iron rod and sticks. Reports claim that  at least two people were stabbed in the attacks, which occurred after hundreds of pro-military demonstrators marched through central Yangon towards the main railway station.

The Irrawady reports that Six anti-regime protesters have now died since the Feb. 1 coup after two activists in Mandalay died days after being injured.
