Modernatisation of Saudi’s transport sector requires joint strategy, says Transport Minister Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser

In lieu with the Kingdom’s view to modernise its transport sector, a visual workshop titled “The future of transport technology” was inaugurated by Saudi Transport Minister Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser on March 30. Experts Anselm Ott and Kersten Heineke were also present.

The aim behind the workshop is to bring the Kingdom’s transportation sector in alignment with the advancement in technologies of the modern era.

Saudi Transport Minister Saleh bin Nasser Al-Jasser iterated the fact that the future of the transport sector depends on the joint efforts of different sectors.

He added, that the aim of the workshop is to significantly identify the need of the transportation sector of the Kingdom and so as to attain the goals of the Vision 2030 program, devise a joint and comprehensive strategy.
