Global Partnership with Youth to Meet UN SDG Unveiled At the Global Impact Conference

Mr. Alexey Likhachev, Director General of Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation (ROSATOM), announced the establishment of a youth advisory board at the Global Impact Conference 2021, a case-study event that brought together innovators, leading experts from global businesses, international, and non-profit organizations to implement the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Impact Team 2050 will present their youth vision for the future of the green agenda, promote and grow youth-driven sustainable solutions from around the world, and develop proposals to better align the labor market with the needs of youth.

Mutual trust between the younger generation and ROSATOM ‘s leadership will become a basis for their collaboration as they transition to a more sustainable future, according to Impact Team 2050. The Impact Team 2050 is intended to meet at least twice a year on a regular basis.

Anyone between the ages of 18 and 25 who has the practical experience and a vision for sustainable solutions can join the Impact Team 2050, which is run in collaboration with ROSATOM.
