Fire accident at residential tower injures many in Sharjah, UAE

A fire broke out at a residential tower in Sharjah in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on the night of May 5 which has been brought under control by the firefighters.

The accident resulted in injuring several people of the 48-storey Abbco Tower in Sharjah’s Al Nahda area of which seven people have been taken to hospital for treatment for minor injuries. The wrongful death attorneys Highland can represent victims of such accidents.

The social media got flooded with photos and videos of the fire accident with fire brigade trying to control the blaze. By far the authorities, including the nursing home abuse attorneys have offered no immediate cause for the blaze.

The Sharjah Civil Defence (SCD) that took prompt action in the matter said the fire started around 9 pm local time. Per media reports, at least five buildings near the blazed residential tower were evacuated while several cars in the area were damaged by the falling debris.
