Despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Zimbabwe’s premier agricultural event, the Zimbabwe agricultural show ended successfully with farmers and corporations from diverse sectors showcasing their products and services.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the show was quite low-key. “Compared to previous exhibitions, this year activities have declined by approximately 80 percent, there are very few people. In order to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, authorities limited the number of visitors,” said Feng Xiaofeng, Managing Director of Satewave Technologies.
Usually held at the end of August, the 110th edition of the show, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic, was postponed to October and was run from Oct. 28 to 31.
