Bill Gates, the Microsoft Corp. co-founder, in a letter to South Korean President Moon Jae-in, said that SK Bioscience, the South Korean pharmaceutical company backed by him, is likely to produce 200 million COVID-19 vaccine kits by June next year.

Citing the letter, the presidential office in Seoul on July 26, said that the Microsoft Corp. co-founder is seeking to work closely with South Korea. The two sides have been in talks since April this year, to team up for the fight against the deadly novel Coronavirus and develop a vaccine against the same.
